Try this!

  • 2 cups of coffee.
  • 1 tablespoon of grass-fed, unsalted butter.
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil.
  • Add .5-1 scoop of grass-fed whey vanilla protein powder from Shaklee (Protein packed!)
  • Blend.
